Connie & Allan's Winter 2010.

Connie & Allan relaxingWe plan to spend a few weeks looking at the far west of NSW and QLD to see the effects of the long awaited floods. First, we have our sights set on Narrabri (the big CSIRO radio telescope). Then we go west to Bourke, Cunnamulla, Thargomindah, Eromangah, Windorah and Longreach. From there we will turn East and head to Rockhampton (one of our favorite towns) where we are booked into the "Riverside Caravan Park" for the month of June. Next we'll make our way North and maybe go as far as Port Douglas (and maybe do an excursion to Cooktown). Our return trip hasn't been considered in any detail yet but we might go inland again and travel south until we get to Longreach again, then back to Rocky before following the coast south to Sydney. If you have any suggestions that will make the trip more interesting, you are more than welcome to email us at  ..  allan(dot)jeal(at)live(dot)com
