Allan and Connie - wandering about - May to August

WELCOME!  -  I'm not much of a photographer but I enjoy taking photos that [to me] seem unusual or interesting. Sometimes I think they are funny, sometimes strange and sometimes R rated. I hope I can make you smile or even giggle a bit.

It's always a bit of a worry when you are motoring along in remote bush areas and you see a cloud of smoke up ahead ...


.. it could be an ice-cream shop gone up in smoke!

I found out that many people aren't quite sure (or don't have a clue) what we mean by a "freebie". Well here it is - somewhere that you can drive off the road and simply park for the night, or a day or two [maybe?].

Someone tell me, have you ever seen a train with that many wheels? and if not, could two trains pass one another that closely, and if not, did the guys read the instructions wrongly, and if not are the trains in QLD different?

The driver is on the Bruce Hwy but his trailers are on the Flinders Hwy.

Panic! we were scuba diving in the calm waters off the Great Barrier Reef when this [octopus?] glided calmly past.
I guessed I was safe because Connie was with me and was smaller and more likely to get eaten first.  

Then I saw him ! ! !
- he was bigger than both of us!

This is the view in my rear view mirror as we crawled along the main street.

Yup ! that's him. One of the funniest comedians ever. And we were lucky enough to attend his show in Townsville at the Strand Park.

Ever heard of "Bernie Dieter's Little Death Club".
If you get a chance to see one of their shows DON'T miss it.
A Fascinating, Funny, Filthy bunch of misfits.
We saw them at Townsville in the Strand Park in the middle of the night, and flash photography was not permitted, obviously. 

One of Bernie Dieter's missfits did a show with very few clothes.
Nobody noticed the fire.

..  except this fellow he didn't notice the naked fire eating girl at all.
His boss was working like a slave in the nearby shop.
